LAST WEEK -

  • On Wednesday the 25th, Bethlehem Rotarians visited Liberty High School to talk with Interact students about their careers. Students learned about required education and skills, salary range, and daily tasks for a broad range of career fields. A big "Thank You" to our Rotarians who participated: Ron Madison, Al Philpots, Diane Donaher, Ron Bauer, Tyler Jones, Robin Burk, Scott Hawk, Anne Millham, and Paige Gross (Karley Sebia's associate)!

THIS WEEK:  Our speaker will be Tim Mulligan, President and CEO of Communities In Schools of Eastern PA (CISEPA).  Tim has been in this position since June, 2011.  The organization he has led since June 2011 is part of the largest and most successful dropout prevention network in America, serving1.7 million students.  Its mission is to surround students with a community of support empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.  In the Lehigh Valley and Berks County, CISEPA serves 40 schools in 10 school districts, reaching more than 37,000 students.

This promises to be a very interesting program.  We hope to see you all on ZOOM on Wednesday.
