Apologies for the late e-Bulletin from your webmaster, who is down with the flu or a convincing look alike.

Here is President Rob's weekly message:

  • Last week we had the S2L winners from the LVCIL present an update on what they have been doing over the past year. It is truly amazing to hear from these young adults and find out how well they are doing on their way to becoming independent despite their challenges. Their parents also gave words of thanks to our club for the support given over the years to the organization.
  • The HOLIDAY PARTY is Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Silver Creek Country Club. There is still time to sign up for the party. Cocktails at 6 p.m. and dinner and live music begin at 7 p.m.  Cost is $50/person. Call Maria Nathans with questions.
  • The December 10th program will feature the results of our Tastes & Tunes event benefiting Lehigh Valley veterans and their families. Please join us as we recognize those who made this event a tremendous success. We will present the check to the Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council our recipient organization this year.
Our next meeting is December 10, 2014.   Until then, Light Up Rotary.

Rob Littner,
President Bethlehem Rotary

What your gift to The Rotary Foundation supports

A gift of $100 helps provide a sewing machine that can teach entrepreneurs the skills they need to launch a business. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people — children, families, and entire communities — benefit from projects funded by The Rotary Foundation. Have you made your gift to the Foundation this year?
