THIS WEEK -- Please make an extra effort to be present via Zoom this week for our District Governor's visit. Bob Hobaugh will join us to share his vision for our district.

LAST WEEK --
  • DeSales University's Katherine Ramsland shared her incredible success as a writer and consultant/producer/expert in Hollywood about serial killers. She has sold not one but two murder-related shows!

  • Winston Alozie from the Boys & Girls Club sent a heart-felt message of thanks for the Rotary Strikes Out Hunger event we hosted at Coca Cola Park.
    • THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
    • Although I  was not able to attend the Pigs game with our kids, I soon learned they had a BALL!  My staff shared with me the genuine looks of awe and joy on their faces.  The children told me of their amazement as well.  As you know, many of our kids have never enjoyed such experiences and for you all to make this happen is a true blessing.
    • Thanks for gifting stories and experiences that these kids will share for lifetimes to come.
      God Bless, Winston
  • And lastly - CRACK OPEN THAT BOOK--Remember to start or keep reading Educated to be prepared for Maria Dietrich's book discussion next month.

Yours in Rotary service,

President Deb Walter
