We were honored to have as our speaker, Dr. David Ruth, who is finishing his first year as President at NCC.
David A. Ruth, PhD.
Dr. Ruth shared with us how deeply the NCC team believes that NCC is THE college of the community and that the students successes are the colleges successes.
He also spoke about the college's many accomplishments:
NCC has approximately 30,000 students and is nationally recognized
They have a diverse student and teaching body
Students from out of the county, state and a few countries
90% of graduates return to Northampton county
96% transfer to another institution or go into their profession
They offer over 60 clubs and 120 academic programs
On Friday May 23rd, Diane Donaher became the Governor of Rotary District 7430 in a lovely ceremony. So it's official, we're now the home club of the District Governor and that means we need to be ready to help her year be the success we know it can be.
