Another adventure on the mountain top! The Rotary Club of Bethlehem will hold its weekly meeting in Room 4430 at Ben Franklin TechVentures on Lehigh University’s Mountaintop Campus at noon on August 24. The keynote presentation comes to us from Thread Bioscience. Special thanks to Rotarian Mike McGovern for making the arrangements.
Thread Bioscience develops innovative technologies to improve healthcare delivery and patient care. CultureStat is a point-of-care test to diagnose urinary tract infections and reduce misdiagnosed UTIs. SentiLiter is a fluid monitoring system that uses an app to monitor and calculate patient fluid intake and output remotely.
If you did not pre-order a lunch through Mike McGovern - please feel free to arrive a little early and visit Hero's Kafe just inside the entrance of Ben Franklin TechVentures and order your own lunch from among the many delicious options available at their lunch counter.
Here's the ZOOM link for those who can't attend in person - though we hope you'll make every effort to be there in person if you can.
Last Wednesday we met at the National Museum of Industrial History. We were treated to a Classification Talk by one of our newest Rotarians. Welcome (again!) Rose Cash!
