At our meeting of June 20th, George Mowrer presented the Paul Harris Fellow +3 to Dr, Christine Nelson. Christine became a member of Bethlehem Rotary in 2014, and PHF +3 represents 4 consecutive contributions of $1,000. Thanks, Christine, for your commitment to Rotary.
Maria Esposito was inducted as our newest member of Bethlehem Rotary. Maria is the Vice President of Advancement at PBS Channel 39. Maria was formerly a Rotarian in the Farmington Hills and Grosse Point Rotary Clubs in Michigan some time ago. She was sponsored by Stacy Scholl. Congratulations Maria, we are pleased to welcome you as a member.
Our program was a classification talk by Karley Biggs Sebia. Karley is an attorney with the firm of King, Spry, Herman, Freund & Faul. Karley grew up in Bethlehem and graduated from Moravian Academy. She received her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall, and her law degree from Duquesne University. Karley’s area of practice reflects her keen interest in Affordable Housing, and Education Law. Karley has two young children, and her spouse is in the automobile business. Karley’s mother and father, as well as her brother, attended the meeting, and we learned that her father had a medical practice in the Lehigh Valley for many years before the practice became a part of LVHN. Thanks, Karley, for sharing your story with us.
