• ENGAGE – Develop a Membership Plan Priority: Enhance Participant Engagement
Strengthen your club’s membership experience with strategies that attract, engage, and retain
members through meaningful participation.

your club’s visibility, tell your Rotary story effectively, and connect with your community in
powerful new ways.

shape a signature project that reflects your club’s strengths and meets real community needs.
