At our meeting last week, I presented the results from the recent membership engagement survey. I was happy to report that there were 60 responses! Thank you to everyone who took the time to contribute their input. Percentages of members who responded strongly agree for meetings, service and fellowship were all in the 30s. There were no service activities that received no interest from club members. The most responses were for the Tastes & Tunes committee. There was great interest for participation in Rotary International programs.

Our focus this year will on increasing membership and member retention. We'll also explore participation in international programs. Many new Rotarians indicated a lack of knowledge about some of our committees and initiatives so stay tuned in the coming weeks for more information on these!

This week Rotarian Greg Capogna will give his classification talk.

Yours in Rotary service,

President Thea Lind
