You don’t want to miss our meeting this week!We are back at Prime Steak House where we anticipate a large number of guests. Lunch will be an all-inclusive fixed menu for $25. Please bring cash or check made payable to Rotary Club of Bethlehem and pay when you check-in. Deb Walter will introduce our Foundation Grant recipients, each of whom will deliver a brief presentation about their respective organizations. We recommend arriving early at 11:45, as the agenda is full.
Environment Project – Our club is initiating a partnership with NexTrex to collect plastic grocery bags and film. All plastic must be clean, dry, and free of food residue. Members are encouraged to begin saving bags and bring them to any regular Rotary meeting throughout the year. I will coordinate the collection and transportation of these materials to an appropriate drop-off location. Additionally, we have invited our Interact Club at Liberty High School to also participate in this project. As an added incentive, we have an opportunity to win prizes through a quarterly drawing. If you have a suggestion for a community service project, please contact Diane Donaher. Our goal is to engage one member to coordinate a project each month for the rest of the year! Who's up for the challenge?
