Hope all of you experienced an enjoyable Thanksgiving.
I look forward to seeing you at our meeting this week, where we'll have our Tastes & Tunes presentation and hear from our speaker, UPGRAD Grant recipient, Sunil Kumar.
RINGING FOR THE SALVATION ARMY
Our Rotarians will again ring our best for the Salvation Army's Red Kettle Campaign at Christkindlmarkt on Saturday, December 7.
Dee Dee Foran has distributed the January - June 2020 service team schedule to Greeters, Invocation Givers, Introducers of Visitors and Guests, Luncheon Treasurers, and 50/50. Since we don't have a Sergeant-at-Arms, she asks each week's service team to help with these important functions to enhance our meetings:
Set up and take down the service table (Moravian Village will take care of the name tag boxes and the club bell)
Bring (and return) Items from the desk drawer in the rear of the dining room: (Dee will replenish)
money box & tickets
money bag & treasurer lunch report
attendance sheet (goes to secretary)
visitor sign in sheets & name tags
pens
Set up and take down the Club's Rotary Banner (stand and banner are in the closet at the back of the room)
Al Philpotts, has added a ClubRunner Training PowerPoint to our website's download files. It includes details about the ClubRunner app, a useful tool that allows each of us to have a current Club Directory on our smart phone, with full contact information available 24/7.
