On Wednesday, December 17th, our speaker, Patti Smith, Chair of the District 7430 program, provided our Club with a much needed update on Rotary Youth Exchange, an area of focus this year. There is a lot of new information for host clubs, those with an interest in becoming a Youth Exchange Officer, certifications, background checks, host families, the ESSEX volunteer portal and the websites that streamline the process.
