This week we held out first online meeting! Thank you to the 25+ Rotarians who logged on and joined us. It was really wonderful to see your faces and hear how you're coping during this trying time.

We had an update from Chris Nelson regarding our Global Grant application, which has been submitted. Thank you to all the Rotarians who worked hard on this project thus far.

Diane Donaher gave us a brief update on RI giving to date. We're not as far along as we'd hope at this point. Please consider logging on to myrotary.org to give!

Maria Nathans shared that all our grant recipients have received the checks we sent them. We'll work to get updates from them to share at a future meeting.

Paul Ricciardi is working to set up a virtual happy hour. Look for a link to that meeting in the future!

Our Wednesday April 8th virtual meeting will feature District Governor nominee, Bob Hobaugh, sharing about his takeaways from last year's RI Conference in Germany.  Look for the zoom information from us on Tuesday by ClubRunner email.

FYI - we've added a PDF document to our club's download files with information about using a mobile device with Zoom.  So if you're planning to use your phone or iPad to connect, this document may help you know what to expect.  To download it, visit our website.

We're also looking at ways to engage and meet community needs during this time. You can send ideas via email or share at our next meeting.

Stay safe, friends!

Yours in Rotary service,

President Thea Lind
