On Wednesday Paul Ricciardi gave his classification talk which was presented in true videographical style. We also found out the origin of the name of Paul’s company “Golden Pepper Productions.” Thanks for an entertaining presentation.

ONE HUNDRED PERCENT PARTICIPATION is the goal this year for The Rotary Foundation campaign. It is my hope that all 108 of us share this goal and will make a donation. There is no minimum amount. DISTRICT TRAINING ASSEMBLY: May 16th is the District Training Assembly. This is a one day program open to any Rotarian wanting to become more engaged in Rotary and for those interested in club leadership. Register for the Assembly on Saturday, May 16 from 7:30 to 3:30 p.m. at MONTCO in Blue Bell. The Club will cover the registration fee for all those who wish to attend. President-Elect Mike will be there and I am sure he would enjoy some company. Details to follow.
CLUB SERVICE ASSIGNMENTS: Please give some thought to areas of club service that are of interest to you. Every member will be asked to select at least one committee. Newer members will be asked to serve on the Service Teams such as Greeter, Introduction of Visitors and Guests and 50-50 as well as another committee. IRON PIGS ON APRIL 28th: Dugout suite tickets are still available for no charge. Join in the fun as the Membership Committee hosts a night out at the ball game. Bring a prospective new member to the Iron Pigs game on April 28th. We will provide the tickets. There will be food and beverages too. DISTRICT CONFERENCE IN GETTYSBURG: Last call to sign-up for the District 7430 Conference April 24-26, 2015. Details are on the District website directly or through our Club’s Website. The Club will cover the registration fee which includes all meals and events. So far there are several members signed up to attend. The more the merrier.
19TH ANNUAL ROTARY GOLF OUTING: Mark your calendars for June 1 at Silver Creek Country Club for the 19th Annual Rotary golf outing. New this year is our partnership with the Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School (BAVTS) Bridges Foundation. The foundation provides deserving students of BAVTS the ability and financial support to fulfill career aspirations. Details to follow.
