Create an Easter basket for a foster child and be part of something truly special this spring! For many children, this simple act of kindness is more than a basket — it’s a reminder that they are seen, valued, and cared for by their community. Our Club has committed to assembling 50 Easter baskets in support of The Kindness Project and its inspiring goal of distributing 500 baskets to local families.
Please create your basket(s) and bring them to any meeting or the upcoming social gathering no later than March 4.
Deb Walter and President Lori will personally deliver all collected baskets to The Kindness Project.
If you’re unable to bring your basket to a meeting but would still like to participate, please contact Deb and arrangements will be made for pickup. Prefer to deliver your basket directly to The Kindness Project in Macungie? That’s wonderful—just be sure to let Deb know so your contribution can be included in our final tally.
Families will begin selecting baskets in March, so your timely participation truly matters.
For questions or coordination, please contact Deb at deb.walter@yahoo.com or call/text 610-657-0952.
Thank you for helping us spread joy, dignity, and kindness this Easter season.
Yours in Rotary service,
