This week we will be holding our business meeting at The Gathering Place, 75 West Market Street (attached to the Christ Church UCC, use the West-most doors on Market), Bethlehem. The third-week meeting in May and June will also be at The Gathering Place. We will be evaluating this venue for more meetings beginning in July. We believe this location may provide better communication amongst both in-person and Zoomed-in members in attendance, as there will be little to no background noise like we sometimes experience at other locations. Parking is free on Market and Center Streets.
As for lunch, we have set up a group order from Panera Bread. Members who will be attending this week’s meeting and wish to place their order for delivery to The Meeting Place as a part of the group may use the below URL or QR code to do so. DoorDash does not seem to have an option to allow each person to pay for their order online, so the full group order will charge to the Club’s debit card and we will be collecting cash or check from each individual at the meeting, based on what each person has ordered. Place your order before 10:30am on 4/15. Other options are to place your own personal order through the delivery service of your choice, bring your own brown bag lunch from home, pick up whatever you want on the way to the meeting, or try intermittent fasting.
Take me out to the ballgame! Our May social will be at the Ironpigs on Thursday, May 7th. (not the first Wednesday as usual) We will join the Rotary Club of Allentown West at their event below. You must reserve your spot by April 15.
