It was a busy week for our Rotary Club! Volunteers were out both Saturday and Sunday clearing weeds and branches from Centennial Park. It was a lot of work and the end result was nothing short of amazing. Thank you to everyone who came out to help.
Our program this week was a classification talk from returning Rotarian Bill Matz, Jr. Bill treated us to a look back to the 80's with photos from an early club directory featuring several long time members' photos. He shared about growing up and moving every few years due to the work of his father, Rotarian Rev. Matz. He went to Moravain College and then to law school. He's currently in self practice after almost 20 years as an Assistant District Attorney.
Bill Matz, Jr. sharing his story. Welcome aboard Bill!
This week we'll welcome some of our grant recipients to share their stories about the projects our Club's grants have supported.
