LAST WEEK -- Bob Rapp of Bethlehem Emergency Services shared what his organization does to help more than 200 homeless in need and his hopes that this six-month program will someday soon operate year- round. Our club has been honored to help with lunch and dinner, and our own Bill Rowe is working to schedule us to cook and serve another dinner this spring to help meet this growing need in Bethlehem.
