Dispatched to Ghana with a fellow British Rotarian to scout club service opportunities, Roger Frank hadn’t planned their visit to coincide with National Immunization Days. But the pair – Frank and Dr. Carl Hallam – jumped, unhesitating, into the thick of inoculations.
