Anne has practiced law for more than 20 years. She has advised higher education institutions, municipalities, quasi-governmental agencies, healthcare entities, and not-for-profit entities regarding labor, employment, discrimination, right to know laws, insurance, and contract matters. She has represented defendant employers at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as in state and federal courts at the trial and appeals level.

As part of her practice, Anne reviews and drafts employee handbooks, employment contracts, and termination agreements. She also provides advice and training for employers regarding the handling of employment issues and advises clients regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws.  Anne also has experience with guardianship appointments as well as with tax assessment and tax exemption appeals.

Anne is a regular volunteer at Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center’s Legal Clinic. She is also a volunteer for the Community Legal Services and PBA Clean Slate Project.  She is on the Board of Directors of Equi-Librium, a PATH Certified Center for Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Bethlehem. She has also volunteered for five years as an assistant sprinting coach on the Nazareth High School Track Team. She served as President of the Nazareth Area High School Swimming and Diving Booster Club for three years and served on the By-law Committee and the Election Committee of Blue Eagle Swim Team for several years. She also enjoys participating in Greater Good’s team volunteer opportunities.

Anne enjoys working with her clients, and spending time with her friends and family, including her husband, Jim, and her two College age sons, Ethan and Peter.  Her favorite time is spent doing outside activities with her family and her dog, Starbuck.
