Thanks to Jack Worsley, we had out annual MusikFest meeting. This is always a fun meeting and brings out many guests. Our speaker was Selena Lavonier, ArtsQuest Senior Director of Advancement. Selena’s presentation on Musikfest 2023 and ArtsQuest’s dynamic projects left us inspired, from plans to replace the Banana Factory building, to a historic renovation endeavor on the Turn and Grind building, the future looks bright. One of our guests may have even stumped Selena with a question about the Musikfest Ball, and may have even spurred some great ideas and opportunities to revive it.

Please plan to attend this week’s meeting where Rear Admiral Scott Pappano, a Bethlehem native, will be our featured speaker. He is currently the Program Executive Officer for Strategic Submarines. He is visiting the Lehigh Valley as part of a Navy program of 'Executive Engagement Visits.' Senior Navy leaders visit cities throughout the US and provide regional leaders and influencers with information about the US Navy -- its missions, people, and contributions to National Defense and Global Commerce. Please be advised that the Morning Call and WFMZ have been invited to the meeting.
