Rotarians for the 5 Rotary Clubs of Area 2 will join together at Moravian College and package nearly 40,000 basic nutritional meals for local food banks and food programs to help the food insecure in our local communities. Last year we had a fantastic turn out and had a great time not only with Rotarians but many friends, colleagues and groups from the community. Bethlehem gave thousands of meals to an assortment of food banks and food pantries. Saturday, March 10, 2018 we need volunteers to work 1.5 hour shifts. We encourage you to bring family and friends, colleagues, potential new members, etc. Email Gail Evans with your availability or watch for follow-up emails with a link to an online sign up sheet. 7:30 to 9:00 am Set up (3 people) 9:00 to 10:30 am Shift 1 Food Packing (17 people) 10:30 to 12:00 pm Shift 2 Food Packing (17 people) 12:00 to 1:30 pm Shift 3 Food Packing (17 people) 1:30 to 3:00 pm Clean-up (3 people) |
